Etapa 27: Baños de la Encina – La Carolina
|
|
El trazado de esta exigente etapa discurre por la vía pecuaria “Cordel de Guarromán” y por el antiguo camino entre El Centenillo y La Carolina. Recorreremos el agreste valle del río Rumblar, con un monte mediterráneo casi impenetrable donde ciervos y jabalíes tienen su reino y en el que disfrutaremos de unas excepcionales panorámicas. Olivares, pinares y dehesas conforman este paisaje junto con ruinas y restos de antiguas explotaciones mineras.

The route of this demanding stage goes through the drover’s road “Cordel de Guarromán” and along the old path which is situated between “El Centenillo” and “La Carolina”. We will cover the rough valley of the “Rumblar” river, with a Mediterranean forest almost impenetrable where deer and wild boars have their particular kingdom and in which we could enjoy of an exceptional scenic views. Olive groves, pine trees and meadows shape this landscape together with some archaeological ruins and remains of some old mining exploitations.
