Etapa 26: Viñas de Peñallana – Baños de la Encina

|
El trazado de esta etapa, claramente descendente, recorre una zona de pinar y de cultivos de viñedo a través de los últimos parajes del Parque Natural Sierra de Andújar, donde las fincas dedicadas al toro bravo se combinan con las fincas cinegéticas, con el ciervo y el jabalí como protagonistas. Hay zonas de gran belleza paisajística como el “Manantial del Gorgogil”, donde tendremos unas bellas panorámicas del monte y la campiña de Jaén. El embalse del Rumblar complementa esa oferta paisajística.

The route of this stage is clearly descending, it covers an area surrounded by pine trees and lands of vineyard along the last spots of the “Sierra de Andujar” Natural Park, where the cattle farms devoted to the fighting bulls are also combined with the hunting farms, with the deer and the wild boar as the most important species. There are some places with a great landscape value as the case of the spring of the “Gorgogil”, where we will have the opportunity to contemplate one of the beautiful views of the mountains and the countryside of the province of Jaen. The dam of the “ Rumblar” completes this beautiful landscape.
